PRESENTATION AND PRINTING FEATURES

l

Graphics and text can be placed either on the “paper” section or on the “site” section of the drawing.   The location of objects placed on the “paper” are not disturbed by either changes in drawing scale or changes in the location of the “frame” where the elements of the “site” drawing appear.   The most common elements placed on the “paper” are titles, the date of the drawing , and a North arrow.    Boundary graphics are automatically placed to the “site” portion of the drawing.

l

The region of the paper upon which the elements of the “site” drawing  are to be placed can be controlled by the user.

l

Any true type font (in any size, bold,  non-bold, or italic) supported by Windows can be added to the drawing and then later moved and rotated as desired by the user.

l

A North arrow and a scale bar can be added to the “paper” portion of the drawing and positioned as desired.

l

QuikPlat LITE is compatible with any Windows supported printer or plotter.  QuikPlat LITE can handle paper sizes up to 44 inches in length.
